Called Brad for remote replacement for our door. It’s 8 years old and have been through 3 or 4 already. Brad asked if it was because the buttons were wearing out, this was the case. He had “non-genuine” replacements that were much better quality. Came out on a weekend to deliver and code the remotes. While he was here he noticed the door was struggling, he suggested a service, but decided to have a crack at tensioning the springs in the mean time. The setup of the door/roof meant he wasn’t able to but he was very helpful and got the business to service the door. It’s so quiet now.Great bloke, customer service above and beyond, great work and amazing prices.

Couldn't be happier with Brad's service. He attended same day, within half an hour, assessed what was required and ordered immediately. The replacement motor arrived in 2 days and we now have safe, smooth, noise-free operation of our roller door. Brad keyed our remotes and even added double-sided tape to our wall unit, ready to go. Good tradesman - a rare find. Highly recommend.

I had lost my remote and Brad came out in an hour to replace and reprogram two new remotes for me. He noticed that the switch on the wall wasn't working and put a new battery in as well and without adding to his original quote. Great old-fashioned service. I will certainly be recommending Brad to family and friends.
